8. Internship and Practical Opportunities

8.1

Certain programmes offered by the Company may include practical training, event observation, internship opportunities or participation in actual events. Such opportunities are provided solely at the discretion of the Company and are subject to availability, student performance, trainer assessment, client requirements and scheduling arrangements.

8.2

The Company does not guarantee that every student will be offered internship opportunities, hosting assignments, referrals, employment opportunities or paid engagements following completion of any programme.


9. Payment

9.1

You agree and acknowledge that all payments for the Services shall be made directly to the Company through payment methods approved by the Company. Should any payment fail or remain outstanding, you shall settle the outstanding amount immediately and, in any event, no later than two (2) business days after being notified by the Company. Failure to do so shall entitle the Company to suspend or terminate your access to any programme, course materials or Services without prior notice and to pursue recovery of any outstanding amounts together with any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by the Company.

9.2

Unless otherwise expressly agreed by the Company in writing, all payments made to the Company shall be irrevocable, non-refundable, non-transferable and non-creditable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation, withdrawal, failure to attend classes or discontinuation of any programme by the participant.


10. Changes to these Terms

10.1

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time in order to reflect changes in applicable laws, regulations, business operations or educational practices. Any amendments shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Company's Website unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Company's Services after such amendments shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
