Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all webinars, workshops, courses, coaching programmes, events, digital products and other services (collectively referred to as the "Services") provided by JS Emcee Academy, JS Studio Group and its affiliated entities (collectively referred to as the "Company").

By registering for or purchasing any of the Company's Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this Refund Policy.

1. General Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing by the Company, all payments made for the Company's Services are final.

All fees paid are non refundable, non transferable and non creditable regardless of whether you attend, complete or participate in the purchased programme or Service.

2. Cancellation by Participant

If you choose to cancel your registration, withdraw from a programme or discontinue participation for any reason, you will not be entitled to any refund, whether full or partial.

- This includes but is not limited to:

- Failure to attend live sessions

- Failure to complete the programme

- Change of personal circumstances

- Scheduling conflicts

- Change of mind

- Dissatisfaction due to lack of personal commitment or implementation

3. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to educational materials, recordings, templates, downloadable resources and online content, all purchases of digital products are final and no refunds will be provided.

4. Instalment Payments

Where payment is made under an approved instalment plan, you remain responsible for completing all outstanding payments according to the agreed payment schedule.

Failure to continue participation in the programme does not cancel your payment obligations.

5. Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Company

The Company reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, replace trainers, modify programme schedules or cancel any webinar, workshop, course or event where necessary.

Where a programme is cancelled by the Company and cannot reasonably be rescheduled, the Company may, at its sole discretion:

- Provide a full or partial refund

- Transfer your registration to another programme

- Provide course credits

- Offer an alternative solution considered appropriate by the Company

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests arising from exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of the Company.

Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.

Where a refund is approved, the Company may deduct any administrative fees, payment gateway charges, transaction fees or other costs incurred before processing the refund.

7. Promotional Offers

Products or Services purchased during promotional campaigns, discounted offers, early bird promotions, bundle packages or special events are strictly non refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Chargebacks

You agree to contact the Company first to resolve any payment dispute before initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your financial institution.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to all Services while any payment dispute remains unresolved.

9. Compliance with Applicable Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where applicable law requires a refund to be provided, the Company will comply with its legal obligations.
