CANCELLATION POLICY

This Cancellation Policy applies to all webinars, workshops, courses, coaching programmes, events, digital products and other services (collectively referred to as the "Services") provided by JS Emcee Academy, JS Studio Group and its affiliated entities (collectively referred to as the "Company").

By registering for or purchasing any of the Company's Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this Cancellation Policy.

1. Participant Cancellation

You may cancel your registration at any time by notifying the Company in writing.

Unless otherwise agreed by the Company in writing, cancellation of your registration does not entitle you to any refund, credit or transfer of fees paid.

2. Failure to Attend

If you fail to attend any scheduled webinar, workshop, coaching session, course or event, you will be deemed to have forfeited your attendance.

No refund, replacement session or compensation will be provided unless otherwise determined by the Company at its sole discretion.

3. Rescheduling Requests

Requests to transfer or reschedule your enrolment to another intake, class or event must be submitted in writing and are subject to the Company's approval.

The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any request based on programme availability, administrative requirements and other relevant circumstances.

Additional administrative fees may apply.

4. Cancellation by the Company

The Company reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate or modify any programme, webinar, workshop, coaching session or event due to operational requirements, insufficient enrolment, trainer availability, technical issues, force majeure or any other circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.

Where a programme is cancelled by the Company and cannot reasonably be rescheduled, the Company may, at its sole discretion:

- Provide a full or partial refund.

- Transfer your registration to another programme or intake.

- Issue course credits for future use.

- Offer another suitable alternative.

5. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation or interruption of the Services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, internet outages, power failures or other unforeseen events.

In such circumstances, the Company may reschedule the affected Services without liability.

6. Non Transferable Registration

Your registration is personal to you and may not be transferred, assigned or sold to another individual without the Company's prior written approval.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any transfer request.

7. Digital Products and Online Content

Where access to digital products, online courses, recordings or downloadable materials has already been provided, cancellation of your registration will not revoke your payment obligations.

Access to digital content may be suspended or terminated if payment obligations are not fulfilled.

The Company reserves the right to amend this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any amendments shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Company's Website. Your continued use of the Company's Services after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Cancellation Policy.
